This notice describes the inquiry form and website operated under the PlannexMD brand by Plannex MD Conseils Inc., based in Montréal, Québec, Canada.

Preparing an inquiry

The contact form asks for your name, an optional company name and a description of your requirement. These details remain in the page while you prepare your message. The form does not send them to a website server, save them in browser storage or submit them to a third-party form service.

Selecting “Open email draft” passes the prepared message to your chosen email application. You review and send it yourself. The alternative copy field lets you prepare the message manually. If you close or reload the page, the website does not retain the form contents.

When you send an email

When you send a message to [email protected], Plannex MD Conseils Inc. receives the information you include, along with your sender address. The company uses it to respond to your inquiry, discuss the requested services and maintain relevant business correspondence. Company email is forwarded to the principal consultant’s Outlook mailbox.

Email delivery and storage involve the providers used by the company and by you. Avoid including confidential project files or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry; arrange an appropriate exchange method when discussing the assignment.

Website delivery and fonts

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Hosting and security services may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested page and browser information. The site’s styles load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to retrieve them.

This website’s own code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Providers may process technical information under their own policies: Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy.
